AI & Machine Learning Lead
Vishesh leads the development of NeuroBiome AI's machine learning pipeline, specializing in multi-omics data integration and predictive modeling. With expertise in deep learning architectures and biomedical informatics, he has designed the core classification algorithms that enable early Alzheimer's detection from complex biological datasets.
Saiseershik Mulluri
Data Analysis & Bioinformatics
Saiseershik oversees the data processing and bioinformatics workflows, transforming raw sequencing data into actionable features. His work encompasses quality control pipelines, statistical analysis, and the identification of key microbial signatures that differentiate healthy and Alzheimer's-associated gut profiles.
Kaushal Reddy Duddugunta
Biological Research & Validation
Kaushal brings deep expertise in neuroscience and microbiome biology to the team. He leads the biological interpretation of model outputs, ensuring that computational findings align with known mechanisms of gut-brain axis dysfunction in Alzheimer's disease, including tryptophan metabolism and neuroinflammation.

Systems Integration & Communication
Shashish manages the integration of all project components and serves as the primary communicator of research findings.
